Dwayne is the primary pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. He planted it in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Board Member of Acts 29 Network he is the Director for Pastoral Care. In addition to pastoring Dwayne has a passion for equipping the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a Board Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of several online publications and a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Changing lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three kids.
